I actually have two marshmallow fluff recipes; a simple one with just three ingredients and one that has a few more ingredients and steps. The first one, with three ingredients, is delicious, soft, and fluffy. The second marshmallow recipe kind of reminds me more of the real thing. It’s a much stickier, gooey, fluffiness. Both taste great!
This simple but delicious chocolate filling goes beautifully with macarons. The dark chocolate’s bitterness cuts through some of the sweetness from the macaron shells making it a perfect pairing. Another plus is that this recipe is so simple that my cat could make it. It also doesn’t take much time either which is an absolute relief after slaving away for the macaron shells. I usually lose my steam after making the shells so this is always a great go-to recipe to fill them.
